At Entreaguas, we believe in building long-lasting relationships with our partners. Each piece reflects the talent, color, and essence of our brand, which is why we seek wholesalers who share our passion for offering products with purpose.
By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Domestic Orders (Colombia)
- Initial order: from $8,000,000 COP
- Re-orders: from $5,000,000 COP
- Wholesale discount: 35% off retail price, before VAT
Values may be subject to updates in accordance with current commercial policies.
International Orders
- Initial order: from USD 3,000
- Re-orders: from USD 1,500
- Wholesale discount: 35% off retail price, excluding VAT where applicable
Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exchanges
We want every collection to arrive in perfect condition.
Exchange requests are accepted within 30 calendar days after receiving the order.
Products must be unused, with original tags, and in perfect condition.
We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery.
Warranty
Quality is part of our essence.
Warranty claims may be requested within 3 months from the date of order receipt.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not apply to damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, incorrect storage, mishandling, or washing that does not follow garment care instructions.
Each case will be evaluated by our quality team before a decision is made.
Commercial Conditions
Orders will begin production or dispatch once payment has been confirmed, according to agreed commercial terms.
Availability of styles, colors, and sizes is subject to current inventory or production timelines.
Entreaguas reserves the right to update collections, styles, and prices without prior notice.
