Terms and Conditions - Ambassador Program
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Ambassador Program of Entreaguas (hereinafter, “Entreaguas”). By enrolling in the program, the participant fully accepts these terms.
1. Enrollment and Approval
Individuals interested in becoming ambassadors may apply through the channels designated by Entreaguas.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
Entreaguas reserves the exclusive and discretionary right to approve or reject any application without the obligation to justify its decision.
2. Assignment of Benefits
Each approved ambassador will receive a personalized referral link and a unique discount code.
These resources are personal and non-transferable and may only be used by the ambassador.
3. Benefits for Referrals
Ambassadors may share their discount code with their community, friends, and family.
The code will grant referred customers a 15% discount on purchases made through the official website.
4. Ambassador Commission
Ambassadors will receive a 10% commission on the total value of sales generated through their personalized link or discount code.
Commissions will accumulate and may be viewed through the ambassador portal.
5. Commission Validation Conditions
Only purchases made through the ambassador’s personalized link or discount code will be recognized as valid.
No commission will be generated on purchases made by the ambassador themselves, even if they use their own code or link, when the purchase email matches the one registered in the program.
Commissions apply only to purchases made through the official Entreaguas Colombia website: entreaguas.com.
Commissions do not apply to purchases made through distributors, physical stores, or other websites, including the international website.
Commissions may be subject to validation, cancellations, returns, or fraud reviews, in which case they may be adjusted or voided.
6. Commission Redemption
Ambassadors may redeem their accumulated commissions in the following ways:
- As store credit through a personalized discount code.
- As a monetary payment through an invoice/payment request (“cuenta de cobro”).
Payment methods, minimum redemption amounts, and processing times will be determined by Entreaguas and may vary.
The ambassador may self-manage redemption through their portal (store credit only).
7. Ambassador Portal
Each ambassador will have access to a portal where they can view:
- Their personalized link.
- Their discount code.
- Sales generated through referrals.
- Their accumulated commission balance.
Entreaguas is not responsible for errors resulting from the ambassador’s incorrect use of the portal.
8. Proper Use of the Program
Ambassadors agree to use the program ethically, transparently, and in alignment with the brand’s values.
Fraudulent, misleading, or reputation-damaging practices are strictly prohibited.
Entreaguas may suspend or terminate the participation of any ambassador if violations are detected.
9. Modifications and Termination
Entreaguas may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
Changes will be communicated through official channels.
Commissions generated before termination will be honored in accordance with these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Entreaguas does not guarantee minimum earnings or specific results for ambassadors. The generation of commissions depends exclusively on each ambassador’s individual efforts.
11. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Processing Policy of ENTREAGUAS MODAS S.A.S., available on the website.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Enrollment and participation in the program imply express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
