Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges:

• Items purchased with a discount during Black Art Weekend are eligible for size exchanges, subject to availability.
• To process an exchange, items must be complete if purchased as a set, include all original tags (internal and external), have the hygiene protector, and show no signs of wear. Failure to meet these conditions will void the exchange.
• Exchanges can be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
• Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted as long as the items meet our standard conditions for eligibility and product integrity.

Shipping Times

Due to the high volume of orders during Black Art Weekend:

• Shipments will begin on November 12, 2025.
• Estimated delivery time is 7 business days from the shipping date.
