To enhance the look and feel of the skin, to soften the appearance of cellulite, to sculpt, to drain, to awaken circulation.

These four tools are absolute essentials for me whenever I travel. The first one: dry brushing. I always, always carry it with me. It helps keep my circulation flowing, releases retained fluids, and brings my skin back to life.

When I’m traveling, my body naturally tends to hold onto more fluid than usual, so this ritual becomes especially important for me. I normally do it on my entire body, but here I’m only showing you the lower part.

Almond oil to deeply hydrate and nourish. Every single day, morning and night.

The mushroom tool is a true wonder—helping to soften the appearance of cellulite, encouraging drainage, and stimulating circulation. I use it in circular movements on the glutes and along the outer thighs, those areas where cellulite tends to settle a little more. Tap, tap, tap.

And then, the wooden tool. This one is incredible for drainage. Even though I’m only showing it on the legs here, I use it all over my body, always moving from bottom to top, letting everything flow after a delicious massage.

Ahh… this ritual helps me feel more in my shape, lighter, less swollen, and deeply connected to my body. It also supports my legs by improving circulation—especially important for me, since I deal with circulation issues, spider veins, and internal varicose veins.

This practice helps me immensely.

Kisses.
